Charlie has studied through Landmark, Tony Robbins Mastery University, along with conquering over 500 hours a meditation technique created by The Buddha, 2500 years ago. He meditates, plays music, exercises, socialises and coaches clients 1:1 on a daily basis, is also a musician who runs a monthly meditation and dance event with a live band called "Open Sesame Meditation Dance", and has developed and runs a 6 Week Transformation Course called "Wolf Pack", where he takes people through "The Wolf Pack Process" which can be described by a dictionary as a  form of NLP, music, dance, meditation and hypnotism. This is done to address the core of where you are stuck in life, and to change the association of state/emotions and beliefs towards any area in your life.
